I requested a service call for a flat battery and ask for a specific time slot. They went above and beyond. The AA service technician called me and advised that he would arrive early but that he would wait for my time slot to carry out the work as I was still at the office. When he arrived he assisted me and even allowed me to go back into my office for my personal effects while he stood watch over my car. Now that is service excellence. Well done and thank you to everyone who assisted me.
