I requested a quote on Facebook Sunday evening. I was contacted by Lee Wait early Monday morning and what a pleasure it has been dealing with him . He was friendly, efficient, helpful and very clear throughout the whole quote process. It took half the time it took with most other companies. The quote came back at almost 20percent less than what I currently pay. And that is for more cover and less excess. he was never pushy when I said I needed to discuss it with my husband 1st. Just asked when would be convenient to call back and follow up. That almost impressed me more than the quote. All emails were sent when he said it would be sent and he did the changes I asked for. I have to mention that I have ADHD and he managed to keep me focused the whole time. Needless to say we are starting with them on the 1st of April.
