I requested a callback to update my policy schedule. Lee-chene Swanepoel called me back and wow!! She helped me through and through. Where I did not understand, she rephrased everything to make it make sense to me. She also gave me a detailed breakdown of the different amounts I will be paying, and she gave the total amount. She was just amazing, and I would literally want her to assist me in the future as well. Awesome lady and very friendly.
