I requested a callback to get a quote and they called me back in less than a minute after submitting my request. The consultant Mohamed was very helpful and gave a good quote and followed up with a phone call the following day. Unfortunately I was able to get a better quote elsewhere and ultimately did not choose to go with their quote, but the service from this short interaction was very good.
