I requested a call back & within minutes a consultant contacted me

I requested a call back & within minutes a consultant contacted me. The 1st consultant was very professional and was helping me but I had to cut the call & request a call back in 15 minutes time. I was called back within that period & once again the consultant was professional and helped me with brilliant efficiency and I'm absolutely happy with the service I received. He even gave me an excellent change to my policy. I'm a totally satisfied customer
