I requested a call back with regards to an inquiry I had. Karabo Phasha called me back. He was enthusiastic about resolving my request. He did some trouble shooting to try and sort my matter out. He had to refer the matter to the IT department and promised to call me back. In less than 24 hours he called as the issue had been identified and a resolution was advised. Thank you Karabo, Thank you IT team for the behind the scenes work to identify the problem. Its not only easy to do business with King Price, but the level of enthusiasm that goes it, is commendable.
