I requested a call back in minutes Palesa Mamiala called me back. She was kind and waited more than 15 min on the call while I got all relevant information. The phone cut off twice in seconds, and she called me back. We completed the claim process. Keep up the good work. I will have to come back and give a full review when the claim is finalized.
