I regret joining King price

I made a claim with King price in January already the 11th to be specific to this day my car has not been paid off and I'm busy paying for something they wrote off and their insurance premiums which funny enough they are never late with I have been told since last week Tuesday that my claim has been approved and my claim has been given to a claim director because they can't do payments over R400 000 on their side and that the director will make contact with me and settle the car within 48hrs guess what it's way past that nothing has happened and I'm being told stories on end and guess what today is the last day of the month again they will the first to take their premiums and again the bank will also be taking their installments....if you want piece of mind DO NOT TAKE UP COVER WITH KING PRICE after all they put me thru I will never recommend it to anyone in fact I will even advice people I know who use it to change it with emmidiate effect
