I received really good service from Matome Maponya. He even provided me with the information I was unaware of that I could request a review every six months. I've only been doing it yearly. The team is very helpful. Last year, I did my review after there was an increase in my premium and they back-dated the reviewed premium and credited my account for the next month. Times when I had to claim, it was effortless and stress-free. Very happy with their service over the past couple of years I've been with them.
