I received a lower quote from a competing insurance provider and raised this with the company
I received a lower quote from a competing insurance provider and raised this with the company. They reviewed the quote, reduced my premium accordingly, and made a strong effort to retain me as a client. Once the new premium was app****, they also processed a refund. I am very impressed with their service, professionalism, and willingness to remain competitive.
