I received a call from KP to enquire if I'm happy
I received a call from KP to enquire if I'm happy. I indicated that I find the premiums excessive and plan to shop around for alternatives. They put me through to their retentions Sept and I was given a 20percent reduction in the premium with the exact same cover. Thank you for addressing my concern.
