I put in a claim for my washing machine as it was giving problems which I thought was weather related. I didn't get the claim as it was wear and tear. Even thought this was not what we hoped for Donovan Birch made this situation beter by giving me a beter understanding as why he was friendly and made a bad experience a bit beter
