I needed to change my debit order date. I used their WhatsApp chat line and got a response before I even put my phone down! I was helped by Dawid Janse van Rensburg who was extremely efficient 👌🏽 The phone line wasn’t great, but he kept trying until we were able to hear each other clearly. My request was sorted in a matter of seconds.
