I met an accident on th3.26th off December 2023 at 12.05 boxing day midnight and couldn't get hold off them my car was towed by a pvt company from Phoenix they also messed around my car from then so they eventually paid for the storage and the car got to them ok 7 January then they assess the car I have a write off on it they said it was a write off then they then they sent and investigator he used the ryres as the reason k woing the place where I met the accident has no drainage and no lights and no but when I was stopped by metro in road blocks they never gave me a ticket for it so now.i have escalated the matter to Ombatsman
