I made an online enquiry and received a callback instantly. I spoke to Mr Sphelele Khathi who was friendly and remained patient throughout. He went the extra mile by helping me with calculations and explaining terms I wasn't clear on, which was heartwarming considering how late in the day it is. Overall a great experience, never been so excited about insurance before!
