I made a call earlier this morning to request a cross border travel letter. I was assisted by Ms Laurette ****samy who made it feel like I was the caller she has been waiting for this morning. It was a smooth and quick process and she even advised that I must not hesitate to get back to her should I need more information and or support. I am thankful 😊
