I lodged a claim today and dealt with *Simone Watson.* What a competent young lady! In a very growing *********** South Africa, she was just a breath of fresh air! She spoke fluently and clearly. Displayed beautiful manners, when she accidently interrupted me. She was patient with me and really listened to me. She took down all my info in a nick of time and lodged the complaint so fast, it did not hurt. I couldn't believe it, because all my dealings with SA call centers were always torture! Is she for sale or can she be cloned? My business definitely needs a Simone Watson! Well done, girl! You are breaking down perception boundaries.
