I like responsive agents are to my requests but I’m not happy with the excess fee I have received from King Price. I was on the R27000 excess fee and I reduced my excess fee to R6500 which still a bit higher. Apparently, the insurance company sees you as high risk especially when you are under aga of 30. Regardless of being a first time drive and your driver’s licence is 8 years old. I feel overcharged and now I’m thinking of cancelling the policy and save myself R1500 on the excess fee with another company.
