I just want to thank Albertus for his exceptional service today. I noticed when I phoned earlier that a mistake was made by another consultant and immediately phoned King Price back to inform them and to ask that the mistake is rectified immediately. Albertus assisted me with the changes and the fixes that had to be made and he showed true patience even though the system had a fault. His kindness, honesty and excellent service is a true asset for King Price. Thank you Albertus for rectifying a mistake that was not made by you but rather fellow colleague’s. Thank you for going the extra mile to make your customers feel at ease and special. Please share the gratitude with Albertus as he deserves a special thanks. 🙏
