I just had the most amazing call with Leroy at King Price! Although I decided to cancel my premium, we ended up having a fantastic conversation. I truly appreciated his understanding and kindness. He even welcomed me back if I'm not satisfied with my new insurance company. It was a wonderful exchange - I think we both made each other's day by empathizing with each other's perspectives.
