I Iodged a geyser claim 48 hours ago and had a plumber appointed to the job. They have not come out to assess the j9b 48 hours later. Terrible service. They clearly do not understand urgency and the loss of water is costing me money. Great service pay and get f all in return. I will be canceling this insurance straight after they repair my geyser. Useless company
