I haven't been at work for 3 weeks and today was going to be my first day since then

I haven't been at work for 3 weeks and today was going to be my first day since then. I started my car---> Battery was dead. A lady (Tlotlo Mogotsi) assisted me and while the service provider was busy with my car, Tlotlo was on the phone checking up on me. After the service provider was gone and I was comfortably at work, Tlotlo called to check if the service was to my satisfaction - which it was. Thank you Tlotlo for delivering the greatest Customer Service and care, I was pleasantly suprised. You gave me a good start to the week ahead. 💯💯
