I have submitted a claim for an accident that happened in February. Getting the matter resolved has costed me over 130 minutes in phone calls and no solution. Only today I spoke to a guy and he was so helpful I even wondered if he is actually a King Price Insurance employee. Kudos to him I called at 13h49 and he could pick up the trend on the call and how long it has taken them to resolve and the guy could only apologize but managed to get to the bottom of the matter hopefully I am not ahead of myself and he will be able to revert with a service provider who can fix my car. Thanks to you Mr V with a difficult name
