I have recently claimed for my vehicle. It was a very traumatic experience as I was never in an accident before this. This was also my first car so I was quite upset and disheartened to have to go through this process. However, from the time Clayton Sibanyone received the claim he was in contact with me throughout. He handled everything swiftly and with precision, not forgetting the level of empathy expressed. It was comforting and a relief having him deal with my claim. Thanks to him I am able to start the process of getting a new vehicle.
