I have had the pleasure of having Sphesihle Makhaya from King Price process my claim. It can be a stressful process with all the confirmation calls that goes around and I have to say he made it all doable. I didn’t loath seeing the calls come through cause even in times of minor confusions it was all handled with patience and respect. I give him 5 stars to keep a lengthy process smooth.
