I have had it up to my throat with this company that i pay every month without fail... They send *********** towing trucks to help without inspection on tools of trade, they sent me guys who's strapping ropes to tie a bike on trailers are almost hanging with thread and can lead to unnecessary accidents... I mean how serious are they taking their business ? My bike fell in their care and now i must do the run around because DOT TOWING rope snapped and that is how i am now sitting on a problem that im left to sort and call in all the time and explain one story over and over again...FOR WHAT EXACTLY
