I have enquire about the changes on my policy and Michael was assigned to my query, he called within 5 minutes and he politely explained everything to me and promise to investigate and to call me today, of which he did, what I am happy about is he sounded genuinely happy to help and he did, my issue is resolve within 24 hours, thankx Michael
