I have called regarding my solar installation as apparently my request in 2021 was not processed as I did not respond to 2 calls that were made to me

I have called regarding my solar installation as apparently my request in 2021 was not processed as I did not respond to 2 calls that were made to me. But I also did not receive a email response to my email request. As a result 9 solar panels were added to my policy but not the rest of my solar installation. No one at any time advised that the Building insured amount must be increased by the value of the Solar system installed. However the lady that I spoke to today has now increased the Building Insurance with R170 000.00. She also forwarded my new policy document with this change.
