I have been trying to activate this policy just over a year. The hassle was the policy of the inspection of my vehicle. The app was not user friendly. Then the debit order was processed but with the caption in bold letters No inspection no cover I can't afford to waste 1542 for no benefit. I called and the staff from reception to the consultants to the app technician was excellent. But no one could get me going. Until this morning Katloung. Very patient and I eventually was successful. I love the consistency of making me feel royal I hope the after sale is as excellent as the sale n feedback. Well done to my last caller. Great ambassador for KP
