I have been requesting proof of insurance to no avail

I have been requesting proof of insurance to no avail. I was always told that it has been sent to my email. I even provided alternative email addresses to the previous agents but still nothing could come through. Today I spoke to Karabo Shasha a well-mannered gentleman and he was able to provide a solution and now have what I have been requesting.
