I have been a loyal King Priceclient for some years now and I must say that they've always been outstanding

I'm currently doing some research on Insurance Institutes and when I looked at King Price (with whom I have my vehicle insured with) the reply time was 1.7 hours. Well, I'm taken back. I've sent them an email last week to change insurance details on my vehicle. They came back with "Royal Greetings ..... We'll get back to you as super humanly as we can ..... Then they sent me an email saying that they have been trying to reach me telephonically a number of times. I have not received one call from them. No missed calls on my mobile at all. I earlier rep**** by mail that I had not received any calls and repeated my issue. Still waiting
