I hadn't accident this afternoon and reached out on the emergency assist line. I was promptly and patiently attended to by firstly Kim on my first call, and then Cecelia on my subsequent calls Kim gave me step by step directions on the location of the avaliable towing vehicles and car centers as well as helping book an Uber via flexible booking. I however needed help with a fresh ride request as it was getting rather late, and my pickup location had changed. Cecelia not only assisted with the rebooking, but also sent follow up messages and called to ensure my safely and that the newly requested driver had no problems finding me. She called to make sure I arrived home safe and provided me with my claim number and insights on how to proceed with the process.
