I had to phone to as...
I had to phone to ask if I could possibly lower my premium because times are hard you know... I was nervous but Maurice Valla made me feel at ease and even had me laughing during our conversation. He helped me nicely and gave me some advice too. I really appreciate how helpfull and friendly he was and wouldn't mind speaking to him again next time I have a query.
