I had to make 3 changes on my policy at the same time which didnt change the risk but the 'system' wanted to charge me more. But Neresa at the call centre didnt once try to claim " if the system says so then it must be" like so many SA companies. She worked tirelessly to sort it out. Brilliant personal service
