I had to claim for the first time following an accident this week. My first interaction with them was from the scene and they were excellent, explaining the process and ensuring my car was handled properly. 4 days later claim has been processed and my poor baby is on her way to be fixed up. Hoping that part goes as smoothly as the steps taken so far.
