I had the pleasure of speaking with Delarno. He made the process so easy for me. His tone was calm and respectful. I had troubles with some documents I didn't have at hand and he waited on the call until I could get hold of it. When I still couldn't get one document he suggested to call my partner to obtain the document. Although, he couldn't get through to my partner, his efforts speaks volumes. Delarno truly deserves all the recognition for his amazing customer service skills and needs to be on the leader board for his great workmanship🙏🏻.
