I had the pleasure of being assisted by VANESSA DANIEL-DAUDE.... She was incredible, she spoke clearly and worked very fast with all my requests and questions. I am extremely happy with her willingness to assist and the extra efforts she made to keep trying to contact me even though we had some difficulty connecting at first.
