I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Nokulunga Mboto from the claims team. It is often that we will take time out to complain and not compliment, however I feel obligated to compliment her, as she is a shining example of service par excellence. She always kept in contact with me, spoke to me on a level which made me believe that my claim was in competent hands. She was kind, funny and understanding and gave me such a positive impression of King Price, whom I recently joined from a rival insurer. I humbly request to her seniors that she be acknowledged for the shining star that she is and I will definitely recommend King Price to anyone based on her service.
