I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Earl Marillier today. He is extremely professional and went out of his way to ensure that he resolved my claim. Right throughout dealing with him, he always remained calm and listened to my frustrations and handled them well. He kept me informed every step of the way and called regularly with updates. He is an absolute gentleman and a true ambassador of King Price. I was at the point of canceling my insurance today after being a client for many years but in dealing with Earl today, he managed to convince me to stay with King Price - just because of caring people like him. Thank you Earl Marillier for going above and beyond and for making my day!
