I had my first claim and waited 3 months to get my car back but had a courtesy vehicle for 2 months. I was just upset with the fact that after 3 months of my car being with the repairers, I went to fetch it and got there my bonnet wasn't replaced. What the reasoning behind this was, I still don't know. I had to call them to let them know I fetched my car and I wasn't happy. Also my wipers, which had no link to the accident, was broken. I wasted a lot of money on driving up and down to PE to get to autobodyworks who worked on my car. I wasn't happy with the service I got from them either. I eventually got the bonnet replaced cause my my was just 3 months with me when the accident happened. I ended up getting the wipers repaired via my cars warranty at Huandai cause autobodyworks Pe was just useless. I'm just glad that nightmare is over. It's been about 3 weeks now since I have the bonnet replaced and car with me and not once have they called me to ask if all is in order after receiving my car. I most probably will have to call them to find out if the third-party claim for the other person, who drove into me, insurance process has been started. Only call I received was Yesterday, to sell more stuff to me and lower my access which was ridiculously high when I first started out with them.
