I had met with an accident and needed to submit my claim. Tshegofatso Ramaleba was incredibly helpful- she was super patient, walked me through the process helped me to understand the next steps and patiently recorded the information I provided her. A traumatic event was handled so calmly that she made me feel relaxed instantly - thank you Tshegofatso much appreciated 🙏🏼🙏🏼
