I had an interaction with Tshepo Chawane, one of their service agents and though I couldn’t sign up with the company because of the price (which is the only reason I took away one star), the level of service I received was undisputedly top class. 1. He’s knowledgeable about the product he was selling. 2. He offered good advise and I didn’t feel like he was leading me in any way. 3. He did not sound automated in any way. Yes I know agents read but I felt like he was talking to me and not reading to me. That is the kind of service that every consumer deserves. Regards, Faith
