I had an insurance with them and cancelled this year may month,so after all these months they debited my account on the 01/09/2021 and when i query the debit they tell me that my policy was canceled so they can't debit from my bank account

I had an insurance with them and cancelled this year may month,so after all these months they debited my account on the 01/09/2021 and when i query the debit they tell me that my policy was canceled so they can't debit from my bank account. To my suprise again on the 16/09/2021 they debited again and this time i did not send them email i called them and they said i must send them my banj statement. I don't understand what kind of business are they running,you cannot rob a person daylight and expect them to give you they're banking details or personal information so you can continue with your ****.I canceled my policy due to these kind of things and bad service
