I had an accident on the 09th June and on the 20th June I received confirmation my claim was approved. After 12 years of driving, accident free, I had my first accident and it was a nightmare. Fortunately I’m insured with King Price and the process of getting my claim approved was quite smooth. K.B Thabethe handled my claim and she was just extraordinary. She kept me updated via phone calls as well as email and she was very clear regarding next steps and requirements. She managed to bring relief and calm to me during this terrible time.
