I had a very pleasant, informative and time effective experience with the agent Luzane Kruger. I would have given a 5 star review, but her manager/supervisor (Riaan I believe) jumped on halfway through the phone and made me feel incredibly uneasy as he interrogated me why I would first want to read through the Policy Documents before signing with King Price (devil knows why this was controversial of me to do especially if signing the contract requires one to have read through the KPPD as per their quote sent on section 'Your premium payment obligations' ). Because of this interaction I need to subtract 2 stars.
