I had a request that got attended to quickly. The agent was friendly and quickly understood what I needed and assisted. Additionally he also let me know about the discount I could receive on my premiums. I appreciated that gesture the most because I totally forgot that king price offers that facilities. It is nice to know that the agent and king price was honest and let me know about it . Agent speaks clearly and audibly, easy for me to understand. And I did not struggle to convey my request to him. Great experience with agent!
