I had a query regarding the increase in excess and premiums on my policy
I had a query regarding the increase in excess and premiums on my policy. I spoke to Onika Zuma who clarified the conditions for the increase. I expected the premium to be lower with the increase in excess. She reviewed my policy and managed to restore my original excess amount and reduce my premium by R368. I am happy with the interaction, the quality of service and her patience to work through this query. I have been a King Price client for 3 years now and I am still happy with the service. I would highly recommend King Price Insurance to anyone.
