I had a puncture after hitting a sharp object on the pavement en route to work. Managed to drove a few meters to a safe space to call King Price. Ms Tlotlo Mogotsi answered my call. I was impressed by the first question she asked to ensure I was SAFE... Also, the SMS updates...The Technician came through in less than an hour despite the rush hour traffic and a roadblock on the main connector road. The process was smooth and I managed to get to work on time. 🙏🏽👏🏽 A follow-on call was also received from Tlotlo to ascertain if I was happy with the Tyre change assistance and managed to drive safely to my destination.
