I had a minor accident and needed to submit a claim, initially when I called KP I was pushed from pillar to post and was most annoyed. My call was then transferred to an extremely helpful and pleasant consultant, Asiashu T****amba, who listened, understood my query and went out of his way to assist me. He kept me in the loop of my claim and followed through on what he promised. Thank you Asi for all your assistance, your time taken with sorting out my query and for your patience. I was actually on the verge of cancelling my insurance with KP but after speaking to Asi I've reconsidered that. Well done and thank you once more, Asi.
