I had a mechanical issue very early on my way to work and contacted King Price. I’m happy with the service, but the response time needs improvement. Even after mentioning I was in an unsafe area, the tow truck took so long that my husband - 35 km away - reached me first. Call centre agent Tlotlo was kind and made a reassuring follow-up call. My colleague also stopped briefly to keep me company, as it was an unsafe area. The towing was eventually completed, but quicker assistance would make a big difference. The tow truck driver should engage more with clients and provide feedback; he was on his phone from arrival until loading the vehicle, which did not inspire confidence.
